The following items were released Saturday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
* Karma Renee Williams, 30, 1447 Themis St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked.
Arrests
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of violating an ex parte order.
* A 14-year-old girl and a 12-year-old girl were cited into juvenile court in connection to a theft of clothes at Famous Barr at Westfield Shoppingtown West Park.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of theft at Famous Barr.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of driving while suspended.
* Lane Tyree Garner, 26, 101 Locust St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fines and costs.
* Ian Nathaniel Saputo, 24, 1305 S. Farmington Road, Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fines and costs, and a Ste. Genevieve County warrant for contempt of court.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of third-degree domestic assault.
* Codie Shianne Isom, 17, 404 Cook St., Jonesboro, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fines.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of attempted burglary at Player's Bar, 632 Broadway, and resisting arrest.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of property damage and resisting arrest.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of forgery.
Summons
* Steven Emmanuel Reed, 19, 811 N. Kimble St., Malden, Mo., received a summons for no operator's license.
Thefts
* A CD player and CDs were reported stolen from a vehicle at 1408 Lexington Ave.
* Gasoline was reported stolen at Citgo D-Mart, 263 Farrar Drive.
* Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., and Lowe's, 3440 Lowe's Drive, both reported fraudulent traveler's checks.
* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
* Money, a television, a TV/VCR combo and alcohol were reported stolen at Cape Shrine Club, 2424 S. Sprigg St.
Property damage
* A window pane was reported broken at 423 N. Fountain St.
Miscellaneous
* A Llama handgun was reported found in the 900 block of Independence Street.
