* William G. Senn, 24, 1304 Independence St., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
* Chad D. Valenti, 27, no address given, was arrested on a city warrant for stealing and on a St. Charles County warrant for probation violation.
* Brandy McAdams, 26, no address given, was arrested on a city warrant for failure to appear on a seatbelt charge.
* Megan S. Moses, 19, no address given, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
Summonses
* Nicki D. Moore, 21, no address given, was issued a summons on suspicion of possession of marijuana.
* Erica N. Ward, 18, no address given, was issued a summons for no driver's license and running a red light.
Thefts
* Theft was reported at 246 S. Silver Springs Road.
* Theft was reported at Midwest Construction, 2427 Cheetah Lane.
* Identity theft was reported at 3007 Wisteria Drive.
* Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St., reported two instances of gasoline theft.
* A wallet was reported stolen or lost at 710 Broadway.
* Tools were reported stolen from 1201 S. Sprigg St.
* Theft was reported at 11 N. West End Blvd.
* Gasoline was reported stolen at 865 N. Kingshighway
Property damage
* Water Doctor Inc., 44 S. West End Blvd., reported property damage.
* A door jamb was reported damaged at 1015 Ranney Ave.
* A windshield was reported damaged at Arena Park.
* Tires, windows and a vehicle body were reported damaged at 3120 Blattner St.
* Tires were reported damaged at 401 S. Ellis St.
* A vehicle window was reported shattered at 1350 Perry Ave.
Miscellaneous
* A wallet was reported found at Park and Main streets.
* Bi-State Oil Co., 920 S. Kingshighway, reported 11 instances of forgery, five stopped-payment checks, and three bad checks.
