Arrests

* Paul A. Hagler, 21, 2650 Lisa Drive, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Andre Bridges, 32, 925 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing, trespassing and driving while revoked.

* Shaun M. Noland, 35, 520 N. Fountain St., Apt. 4, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and on a city warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* Penny S. Baier, 41, 505 N. Kingshighway, Apt. 2253, and Mariane Porter, 43, 710 Morgan Oak St., were arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* William E. Ramsey, 52, 6235 County Road 621, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Jonathan W. Frymire, 19, 111 Sample St., Apt. 1, Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.

* Brian M. Rodriguez, 24, Route 2, Box 2230, Sedgewickville, Mo., was arrested on a city warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked.

* Michael P. Johnson, 24, 913 Old St. Mary's, Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for property damage.

Summonses

* Nicole M. Budde, 23, 2738 Schrader, Waterloo, Ill., was issued a summons on suspicion of sale of liquor to a minor.

* Kay L. Deimund, 29, 737 Themis St., Apt. 2, was issued a summons on suspicion of sale of liquor to a minor.

* Pamela A. Semmler, 33, 929 W. Cape Rock Drive, was issued a summons on suspicion of sale of liquor to a minor.

* Misti M. Reel, 21, 301 N. Main St., Freeburg, Ill., was issued a summons on suspicion of sale of liquor to a minor.

* John S. Lohr, 37, 715 North St., was issued a summons on suspicion of sale of liquor to a minor.

Thefts

* Unfinished work worth $600 was reported as a theft at 1316 Dunklin St.

* A lock box, cash and jewelry were reported stolen at 207 Mason St.

* A CD stereo, amplifier, subwoofers and clothing were reported stolen from 1821 Weissinger St.

* A sleeping bag, backpack, check and book were reported stolen and a vehicle window broken at Westfield Shoppingtown West Park.

* Soda was reported stolen from 415 S. Pacific St.

* Burritoville, 913 Broadway, reported the theft of cash.

* Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St., reported the theft of gasoline.

Property damage

* Vehicle windows were reported broken at 2100 Big Bend Road.

* A door was reported damaged at 1919 Grandview Drive.

Miscellaneous

* A white 1984 Chrysler Fifth Avenue was reported abandoned at Middle Street and Broadway.

* A cellular phone was reported found at William and Main streets.

Jackson

The following items were released Friday by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summons

* Michael J. Wood, 17, 816 Eagle Drive, was issued a summons on suspicion of failure to stop for a stop sign.

Theft

* Checks were reported stolen from the 500 block of North Shawnee Boulevard.

* Counterfeit money was reported in the 500 block of East Main Street.

* Identity theft was reported in the 500 block of South Hope Street.

The following items were released Friday by the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Christopher L. Eskew, 17, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* Erin L. Ward, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance.

* Jason M. Anton, 24, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of displaying a lighted red lamp in the front of a motor vehicle.

* Karis M. Gluesing, 41, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for tampering, stealing and property damage

* Donald L. Yeager, 38, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a warrant from Harris County, Texas, for parole violation on an original charge of cocaine possession.

* Gary D. Bell, 48, Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for unlawful use of a weapon.

* Jeffrey W. Dickinson, 40, of Jackson was arrested on warrants from Cape Girardeau, Stoddard and Butler counties, all for passing bad checks, and on a warrant from Ste. Genevieve County for failure to appear for passing bad checks.
