DWIs

* Jacob H. Garner, 20, 722 Missouri Ave., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and unlawful use of a weapon.

* Trish M. Ebert, 22, 422 N. Mount Auburn Road, Apt. C, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Buddie D. Cook, 50, 1206 N. Spring St., was issued a summons on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Jason Smith, 35, of Wappapello, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.

* Jimmy L. Hudson, 27, 315 Mason St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.

* Jamaal A. Mackins, 17, 1170 Cherry St., Pulaski, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and cocaine.

* Edwin T. Patterson, 34, 427 S. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Joseph L. Figliolo, 4503 Gemini, St. Louis, was arrested on suspicion of possession of pseudoephedrine and chemicals with intent to manufacture methamphetamine.

* April D. Tuck, 20, 405 Albert St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Amber L. Swader, 21, 535 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing a cell phone.

* William Sir-Watson Moffett, 20, 45 S. West End Blvd., Apt. 214, was arrested on a Charleston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court and a New Madrid County warrant for failure to appear.

* Jose L. Lara, 24, 1505 Independence St., was arrested to be held for immigration charges.

Assault

* Mark D. Rister, 42, 329 Albert St., was arrested on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault.

Theft

* A wallet was reported stolen at 602 Morgan Oak St.

* A wallet and contents were reported stolen at 43 N. Henderson Ave.

* Gasoline was reported stolen from Rhodes 101 at 1610 N. Kingshighway.

* A cell phone and food were reported stolen from 1007 S. Ellis St.

* Cigarettes and lottery tickets were reported stolen from Discount Smoke Shop, 340 S. Sprigg St.

Property damage

* A door was reported damaged at 137 S. Spanish St.

* City of Cape Girardeau signs were reported found at 821 William St.

* A Murray bicycle was reported found at 214 S. Park Ave.

* An animal bite was reported at 1233 N. Spanish St.

* A suspect was taken into custody pending filing of charges for unlawful possession of a weapon.

* Angela D. Sides, 30, 2090 Old Toll Road, Apt. 9, Jackson, was issued a summons for possession of a controlled substance.

* Johnny W. Sissom, 44, 324 Plain View Ave., Jackson, was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated and no valid driver's license.

Theft

* A cat was reported stolen from the 1200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Gas was reported stolen from Rhodes, 113 W. Jackson Blvd.

* Grave decorations were reported stolen from Russell Heights Cemetery.

* A wallet was reported stolen from the 100 block of South Hope Street.

Property damage

* Damage to a plastic storm grate was reported in the 100 block of Court Street.

Miscellaneous

* Animal neglect was reported in the 700 block of Dallas Street.

* A domestic dispute was reported in the 2000 block of Old Toll Road.
