DWIs

* Bryan Gorrell, 23, of 406 Sheridan Drive, Apt. 12G, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Eugenia Rapp, 46, of 319 N. Park St., Apt. 11, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Thomas Robinson, 47, of 1309 Butler St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and a turn-signal violation.

Summons

* Mary Criddle, 44, of 915 Hickory St., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of litter.

Arrests

* Rob Sales, 26, of 600 North St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear in court.

* Kenja White, 23, of 321 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for writing bad checks.

* Melissa Davis, 30, no address given, was arrested on warrants for failure to appear in court and a probation violation.

* Ronald Heyl, 51, of 130 Pearl St., Apt. 1, was arrested on a warrant for writing bad checks.

* A suspect was taken into custody pending formal charges of stealing money from Sears.

* A suspect was taken into custody pending formal charges of resisting arrest, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Christopher Bibzak, 24, of 12148 Lackland Road, Maryland Heights, Mo., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

* A 12-year-old boy was taken into custody by juvenile authorities.

Thefts

* A purse was reported stolen from 3439 William St. It was later recovered.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported the theft of two cartons of cigarettes.

* A purse was reported stolen in the 2000 block of Independence Street.

* Shell D-Mart reported the theft of gasoline from 3415 William St.

* Two Missouri license plates were reported stolen from 1080 S. Silver Springs Road.

* Several items were reported stolen from a purse at 250 S. Silver Springs Road.

* Checks were reported stolen at 821 William St., Apt. 7.

* Money was reported stolen at 807 William St.

Property damage

* The hood of a vehicle was reported damaged at 3049 William St.

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 130 S. Henderson Ave.

Miscellaneous

* Property was found at 3415 William St.

* An incident involving endangerment to the welfare of a child was reported.

* A minor in possession of alcohol was reported.

* A peace disturbance was reported at 211 Saint Francis Drive.

* A false declaration and traffic violations were reported.
