Police reports 2/6/05

Cape Girardeau

The following items were released Saturday by the Cape Girardeau Police department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Karissa Kathryn Ferrell, 22, 174 County Road 250, Benton, Mo., was issued summonses for driving while intoxicated and running a stop sign.

* Shelley Nicole Fennigan, 22, 610 Lafayette Place, was issued summonses for driving while intoxicated and running a stop sign.

Summonses

* John Lee Bell, 42, 424 S. Pacific St., and Shawna Howard, 21, 600 N. Fountain St., were each issued a summons on suspicion of assault.

* John Dale McCall Jr., 18, 334 Willow Bend Lane, Jackson, was issued summonses on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence.

* Keven Allen Jones, 22, 105 Phillis Ave., Morley, Mo., was issued summonses on suspicion of speeding, driving under the influence and violation of the open container law.

Thefts

* Gasoline was reported stolen from Rhodes 101, 1610 N. Kingshighway.

* Money was reported taken from Sam's Club, 232 Shirley Drive.

* Gasoline was reported taken from BP D-Mart, 3276 William St.

* A vehicle window was reported broken and books taken at Spanish and Independence streets.
