DWIs
* Rodney Dewayne Smith, no age given, 955 Fort St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and no driver's license.
* Vester Gene Osborne, no age given, 807 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
* A 44-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* Barbara Ann Jenkins, no age given, 240 Marlin Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for bad checks.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of leaving the scene of an accident and driving while revoked.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of resisting arrest.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of ex parte violation.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of vehicle theft.
* Ray Shauntily Purl, 22, 621 Sycamore Circle, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
* Daniel Ray Withers, 22, of 14 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
Thefts
* Subway, 246 S. Silver Springs Road, reported money and a security box stolen.
* Identity theft was reported.
* A cell phone was reported stolen in the 3200 block of Kage Hills Drive.
* Trading cards were reported stolen at 153 West Park Mall.
* Unlawful use of a credit device was reported at Regency Jewelers, 1005 West Park Mall, and Champs Sporting Goods, 171 West Park Mall.
* Earrings were reported stolen from Famous Barr, 100 West Park Mall.
* A yard gnome was reported stolen from 3426 Glenview Drive.
* Gasoline was reported stolen from Kidd's, 1325 Broadway.
* Burglary and theft were reported at 1520 Wayne St.
Property damage
* Property damage was reported at West End Boulevard and William Street.
* A vehicle sunroof was reported damaged at 211 Saint Francis Drive.
* Tires were reported damaged at 621 Broadway.
Miscellaneous
* An animal bite was reported at 327 N. Ellis St.
* A blue and silver Schwinn mountain bike was reported found at 15 S. Frederick St.
* An ATM card was reported lost at 2001 William St.
