DWI

* Charles Lee Harless, 29, 5179 County Road 226, Oran, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Christopher Shaun Scott, 23, 537 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.

* Donna Faye Hefner, 55, 1605 Seigler Drive, Marion, Ill., was arrested on a warrant for illegal use of a credit card.

* Kevin Lee Banks, 26, Golden Lily Road, Cairo, Ill., was arrested on an Illinois warrant for probation violation.

* Anthony M. Lindell, 20, 329 24th St., Cairo, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

Summonses

* Amy J. Stoffregan, 24, 635 Charles St., was issued a summons on suspicion of disturbing the peace.

* Thomas Joseph Milcic, 20, 1101 Perry Ave., was issued a summons on suspicion of assault.

Thefts

* Speakers and a CD player were reported stolen from 115 N. Fountain St.

* Stealing under $500 was reported at 2801 Bloomfield Road, Lot 78.

Miscellaneous

* Stalking was reported at 45 Green Acres Drive.

* An order of protection violation was reported at 211 Saint Francis Drive.

* A request for service was made at 40 S. Sprigg St.

* A runaway juvenile was reported at 603 Mechaw Drive.

* A juvenile beyond parental control was reported at 1430 N. Spanish St.

* A missing adult was located at 40 S. Sprigg St.

* A microwave was found at Industrial Drive and Progress Street.

* Littering was reported at William Street and Interstate 55.
