Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* James M. Ryan, 29, of 1036 Anna St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Michael A. Triplett, 19, of 312 W. Lorimier Place, was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court for possession of a controlled substance.

Assaults

* A domestic assault was reported. One person was in custody pending charges.

* An assault was reported at 229 S. Lorimier St. Timothy Green, 27, of 201 S. Lorimier St., was arrested in connection with the complaint.

* An assault was reported at Sprigg and Locust streets. Christine G. Trierweiler, 45, of 6575 County Road 324 in Jackson, was arrested in connection with the complaint and for endangering the welfare of a child and no insurance.

Thefts

* A Missouri license plate was reported stolen at 25 N. Fountain St.

* Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported the theft of DVDs. Alisha J. Schwartz, 20, of 2839 Whitener St., was arrested in connection with the complaint.

* Quality Car Wash, 1354 Mount Auburn Road, reported the theft of cash.

* A theft was reported at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.

* Citgo D Mart, 263 Farrar Drive, reported the theft of gasoline.

* Cape Electrical Supply, 211 St. Francis Drive, reported the theft of electrical wire.

* A purse was reported stolen at 300 West Park Mall.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported the theft of gasoline.

* A 2000 Buick LeSabre was reported stolen from 806 Hackberry St.

Property damage

* A broken vehicle window was reported at 2861 Themis St.

Miscellaneous

* A rape was reported.

* Telephone harassment was reported.

* A 13-year-old girl was reported to have run away.

* Three incidents of forgery were reported.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* Patrick R. Collier, 29, of Bloomfield, Mo., was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for failure to appear.

Summonses

* Patrick R. Collier, 29, of Bloomfield, Mo., received a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle and speeding.

* Armando A. Gonzalez, 23, of 308 S. Ohio St., received a summons for driving while revoked and failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Russell M. Patton, 28, of 351 Westridge, received a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and failure to register a motor vehicle.

Assault

* Simple assault was reported in the 200 block of North West Lane.

Miscellaneous

* Harassment was reported in the 1100 block of Lamar Street.

Cape Girardeau County

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Gregory E. Criddle, 21, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear, operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and possession of marijuana.

* Christopher M. McLeod, 28, of Burfordville, Mo., was arrested on a warrant for probation violation and driving while intoxicated.

* Pamela P. Wilson, 52, of Jackson, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for distribution and manufacture of a controlled substance.

* Dana L. Brown, 27, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for interference with custody.

* Carl J. Cummings, 22, of Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for driving while intoxicated, endangering the welfare of a child and failure to driving on the right half of the roadway.

* Christopher L. Brown, 29, of Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation and forgery.

* Beverly A. Ford, 40, of Olive Branch, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear, driving while revoked, probation violation, possession of marijuana, failure to appear and possession of a controlled substance.
