* Juan Boyd Frinbrinzo, 26, 22 Weeks St., Lilbourn, Mo., was arrested on city warrants for failure to appear and contempt of court on various traffic charges.

Summons

* Arthur Adam Brown, 41, 522 Cape Meadows Circle, was issued a summons on suspicion of having an animal at large.

Theft

* Gasoline was reported stolen from 3415 William St.

* J.C. Penney, 200 West ParkMall, reported the theft of money.

* Missouri license plate, 565 MH3, was reported stolen at 5 S. Henderson Ave.

* Two women reported money was stolen from them at 200 West Park Mall.

* A hat was reported stolen from Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

Property Damage

* A door and window screen were reported damaged at Cape LaCroix Apartments, 630 S. Spring St.

* Trespassing and property damage were reported at 601 N. Sprigg St.

* A vehicle was reported damaged and a CD player, subwoofers and amplifier were reported stolen at 321 N. Ellis St.

* Cape Mini Storage, 1915 Golden Eagle Court, reported property damage.

Miscellaneous

* A 1986 Ford Thunderbird, license number 148 JXL, was reported abandoned at 132 S. Benton St.

* A 1985 Mercury Grand Marquis was reported abandoned at 132 S. Benton St.

* A 1987 Ford Aerostar, license number 451-RYR, was reported abandoned at 943 Bellevue St.

* Clothing was reported found at 40 S. Sprigg St.

Jackson

The following item was released Wednesday by the Jackson Police department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Ian Huffmanm, 23, 630 Bellevue St., Apt. A, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
