DWI
Ronald Eugene Wiggins II, 21, Highway C, Box 14, Pocahontas, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speeding.
Arrests
Scott Lee Moore, 226, 301 W. McKinley St., Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Martez Bell, 19, 1204 William St., was arrested on a city warrant for probation violation.
Eric Christopher Thomas, 17, 129 S. Louisiana Ave., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol. Two 16-year-old juveniles were cited into juvenile court in connection with the same incident.
Heather Marie Bergman, 19, 1000 Towers E6-12, was arrested on suspicion of possession of altered identification, possession of alcohol by a minor, failure to drive in a single lane and no insurance.
Laura Joan Poelker, 18, 1000 Towers South, 911, was arrested on suspicion of possession of an intoxicant by a minor and possession of another's identification.
Joseph Carl Weinert-Baumann, 19, 14179 Hilltop Ridge, Eureka, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of misrepresentation of age and possession of an intoxicant by a minor.
Tomorra Shazhell Williams, 20, 530 Boxwood Drive, Apt. 1, was arrested on suspicion of property damage and domestic assault.
Jessie Vohn Dorris, 1457 County Road 206, was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest.
Summons
Laura Marie Brown, 24, 532 County Road 209, was issued a summons for illegal dumping.
Theft
Gasoline was reported stolen by Rhodes 101, 1610 N. Kingshighway.
A wallet and its contents were reported stolen at East Rodney Drive and Kingshighway.
Items reported stolen from Southeast Missouri Hospital were later reported recovered.
A stereo, PlayStation, games, movies and a television were reported stolen at 507 S. Ellis St.
Gasoline was reported stolen from Ameri-Mart No. 7, 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive.
Property Damage
A door jamb/facing was reported damaged at 235 N. Lorimier St.
A door was reported damaged at 113 N. Clark St.
An 11-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of property damage.
Miscellaneous
A wallet and its contents were reported lost in the city.
An Olivetti ET 116 typewriter was reported found at 412 S. Missouri Ave.
A wallet reported lost was recovered at Cape County Park North.
A 13-year-old juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.
A 15-year-old juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of being a runaway.
Trespassing was reported in the 600 block of Cordova Lane.
Jackson
The following items were released Wednesday by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Property Damage
A report of property damage was made in the 700 block of Highland Drive.
Animal Abuse
A report of animal abuse was made in the 400 block of Michael Anna Street.
Trespassing
Trespassing was reported in the 300 block of South Missouri Street.
