The following items were released Thursday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Gregory Alan Winchester, 34, 538 Leonard Ave., Valley Park, Mo., was arrested on a Kirkwood, Mo., warrant for failure to register a vehicle. He was also issued summonses for property damage, driving a vehicle in a city park and various traffic offenses.

* Joshua Eugene Patton, 17, 1107 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on a New Madrid County warrant for leaving the scene of an accident.

* A subject was taken into custody pending the filing of formal charges for child abuse.

* Subjects were taken into custody pending the filing of formal charges for possession of a defaced firearm and possession of a controlled substance.

* Makalem J. Martinez, 18, 2831 Themis St., was arrested on a city warrant for assault.

* Jason E. Lashley, 27, 1105 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a city warrant for failure to appear for noise disturbance.

* Samantha B. Samons, 21, Route 1, Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on a city warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for stealing.

Summons

* April D. Snider, 27, 1436 Luce St., was issued a summons for a leash law violation.

Theft

* A license plate sticker was reported stolen at 1707 Stoddard St.

* A wallet and its contents were reported stolen in the city.

* Cash was reported stolen at 341 S. Sprigg St.

* Gift cards and an army knife were reported stolen at 1577 Parksite Drive.

* Assorted jewelry was reported taken in a burglary at 824 Bellevue St.

* Money was reported stolen from Steak & Shake, 3061 William St.

* A camera, laptop computer, CD player, money, gift cards and other items were reported stolen and a vehicle window broken at 338 Broadway.

Property damage

* Sugar in a gas tank was reported at 128 S. Park St.

* A rear vehicle window was reported broken at 724 Broadway.

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 1107 Bloomfield Road.

* A vehicle window was reported broken at 211 St. Francis Drive.

* A check was reported forged at 4 S. Pacific St.

* Harassing phone calls were reported.

* A wallet was reported lost at 1301 William St.

Jackson

The following items were released Thursday by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 300 block of South Missouri Street.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 100 block of North Neal Street.

Cape Girardeau County Sheriff

The following items were released Thursday by the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Dustin C. Harris, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Nole J. Curry, 29, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrest

* James C. McDugle, 27, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girar-deau County warrant for vehicle theft.

Summonses

* Rhonda M. Popp, 39, of Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons for third-degree assault.

* Royce A. Johnson, 40, of Miller-sville was issued a summons for traffic offenses.
