The following items were released Wednesday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
Roy Darcy Felty, 45, 807 William St., was arrested on suspicion of having no permit or license.
Brandon Lamont King, 18, 838 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a city warrant for failure to appear in court.
Goldie Mae Reed, 63, 1136 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of maintaining a nuisance.
John P. Bowers, 224, HC 66, Box 531, Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on three city warrants for contempt of court for failing to pay traffic violation fines.
Lamika K. Rigney, 21, 510 N. Fountain St., Apt. 4, was arrested on city warrants for contempt of court and failure to appear for traffic violations.
Property Damage
Central Junior High School, 205 Caruthers St., reported two lighted exit signs with flood lights were damaged. A 12-year-old juvenile was cited into juvenile court in connection with the damage.
Advanced Pest Control, 821 Progress St., reported a broken window.
Theft
A yellow Cannondale mountain bike was reported stolen from 909 Normal St. A subject is in custody pending the filing of formal charges in connection with the incident.
Pizza Inn, 3333 Gordonville Road, reported the theft of cash.
A queen-size bed was reported stolen from Siemer's Best Brands Plus, 342 S. Kingshighway.
Engine parts were reported stolen and a vehicle damaged at 7835 Kingshighway.
Soda and coins were reported stolen from Coca-Cola, 1601 Independence St.
Miscellaneous
A stolen green 2001 Chevrolet Impala was reported recovered.
An illegal fence/zoning ordinance violation was reported.
Jackson

Tyler J. Clark, 18, 245 Union St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear in court.
Theft
A vehicle was reported stolen in the 1100 block of K Land Drive.
Burglary
A burglary was reported in the 100 block of South Bellevue Street.
Department of Public Safety
The following item was released Wednesday by the Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety.
Computer components were reported stolen from the university bookstore.
