The following items were released Monday by the Cape Girardeau Police department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
* Luda D. King, 46, 503 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
* Rickey Earl Hecht, 50, 12247 U.S. 61, Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked and driving without an ignition interlock device.
* Charles Woodrow Rhymer, 23, 635 Charles St., was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest by flight and unlawful possession of an illegal weapon.
* Kyle Martin Bond, 20, 2C Circle Drive, Lot 15, Murphysboro, Ill., was arrested on city warrants for failure to appear for traffic offenses, and on Cape Girardeau County warrants for bad checks and probation violation.
* Jeffrey Thomas Craig, 34, 315 N. Frederick St., Apt. 304, was arrested on suspicion of stealing, and on St. Charles County warrants for forgery, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Samuel A. Below, 26, 1042 Old Cape Road, Jackson, was arrested on city warrants for failure to appear.
* Ernesto Jesus Garcia, 23, 626 Broadway, was arrested on city warrants for failure to appear on traffic violations.
* Casey L. Smith, 1410 Franklin, Caruthersville, Mo., was arrested on city warrants for failure to appear for peace disturbance, and failure to appear for expired license plate.
* Kia T. Walls, 25, 4011 Hartford, St. Louis, was arrested on a city warrant for probation violation for driving while intoxicated.
* Eddie S. Welch, 22, 723 Maple St., Apt. 21, Farmington, Mo., was arrested on an Ironton, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for third-degree assault.
* John Benkowich, 46, 410 Themis St., Apt. G, was arrested on two contempt of court warrants for failure to pay fine and costs for traffic violations.
* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for tampering and being a runaway.
Summonses
* Theon Donte Mackins, 20, 840 S. Ellis St., was issued a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol. Jessica Ann Bohnert, 23, 840 S. Ellis was issued a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.
Property Damage
* A mailbox and lawn were reported damaged at 3059 Cannon Lane.
* A wooden door was reported damaged at 551 Spring St.
* A Missouri temporary tag was reported stolen from 603 N. Sprigg St.
Theft
* Subwoofers were reported stolen at 409 N Pacific St.
Miscellaneous
* A blue 1989 Nissan was reported abandoned at 2835 Whitener St.
