The following items were released Sunday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

Christina Lynn Motes, 18, of 603 S. Main St., received a summons for driving while intoxicated and without headlights.

Amanda Elizabeth Walter, 23, of 167 Parkwood Lake, received a summons for driving while intoxicated and failure to stop for a stop sign.

Arrests

Dirk Tylon Dickison, 23, of 507 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.

A subject was arrested on a warrant at Christine and Good Hope streets and was released pending investigation of identity theft.

Dan S. McCarthy, 22, no address given, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for possession of alcohol by a minor.

Summonses

Anthony C. Tucker, of 130 S. Lorimier St., received a summons for driving with no insurance.

Jon Kent Lewis, 51, of 1403 Luce St., received a summons for operating a motor vehicle while impaired and using no turn signal.

Naomi E. Hendrix, 23, of 602 Charles St., received a summons for a disorderly house.

Assault was reported at the 300 block of South Kingshighway.

Domestic assault was reported in the 300 block of North Lorimier Street. A subject was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges.

Thefts

A purse was reported taken and a vehicle window broken at 247 Siemers Drive.

A billfold was reported taken and a vehicle window broken at 247 Siemers Drive.

A purse was reported taken at 495 S. Mount Auburn Road.

Stealing under $500 was reported at 829 S. Kingshighway.

Citgo D-Mart reported gasoline stolen at 263 Farrar Drive.

Property damage

Show-Me Laundromat reported dryer locks broken at 1225 William St.

Miscellaneous

Child abuse was reported at the 800 block of North Park St.

Driving while revoked and driving without interlock device was reported at Broadway and Caruthers Avenue. A subject was taken into custody pending filing of formal charges.

Resisting arrest and unlawful use of a weapon were reported at 602 Charles St.

Property was reported found at 2109 William St.
