DWIs

* Brad A. Crockett, 41, of 416 Mount Auburn Road, Apt. 6, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving an unlicense vehicle and a stop sign violation.

* Ashley L. Rawson, 20, of DeSoto, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, misrepresentation of age to purchase alcohol and failure to maintain the right half of the roadway.

Arrests

* Rebecca M. Ruggles, 20, of Fenton, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for possession of alcohol by a minor.

* Shanell L. Russell, 22, of Hayti, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for stealing.

* A 14-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for curfew violation.

* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for noise violation and operating a motor vehicle without a license.

* Rogelio A. Hernandez, 26, of 320 N. Pacific St. Apt. 4, was arrested on suspicion of traffic violations.

* Michael A. Triplett, 19, of 513 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine for possession of a controlled substance.

* Howard L. Frymire, 55, of 622 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for no operator's license.

* Ashley N. Winderknecht, 21, and Dianne L. Conner, 19, both of 601 N. Sprigg St., were arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance.

Summons

* Wilbur D. Luton Jr., 77, of 224 Independence St., Apt. C, was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of trash and litter.

Assault

* Assault and armed criminal action were reported.

Property Damage

* A vehicle window was reported at 2027 Woodlawn Ave.

Miscellaneous

* A 1993 black Ford Probe was reported abandoned at 702 N. Frederick St.

* A purse and was reported found at 637 S. Henderson St.

* A 51-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Check forgery was reported at 2001 William St.

* A handbag, contents and cell phone were reported found at Spanish Street and Second Street.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Thefts

* Fuel was reported stolen in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for stealing.

Burglaries

* Burglary was reported in the 300 block of South Missouri Street.

Miscellaneous

* Harassment was reported in the 600 block of West Washington Street.
