Arrests

* Daniel T. Harmon, 23, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance.

* Latoya N. Isaac, 19, of 231 N. Clark Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for assault and on a Jefferson County warrant for failure to appear for traffic violation.

* Lamel M. Curry, 23, of 433 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a probation and parole warrant.

* Gary E. Sparks, 34, of 510 County Road 657, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault and driving while revoked.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

* Assault was reported.

* Assaulting a police officer was reported at 400 Houck Place. Xavier R. Wilford, 17, of 107 N. Clark Ave. Apt. 3, was arrested in connection with the complaint.

Burglaries

* New Lorimier Cemetery, 835 Caruthers Ave., reported a burglary, a Delta pressure washer stolen and a padlock with latch damaged.

Thefts

* A purse was reported stolen at 205 Caruthers Ave.

* Assorted video games were reported stolen at 11 S. Kingshighway.

* A checkbook was reported stolen at 820 S. Sprigg St.

* A camcorder was reported stolen at 2534 Whitener St.

* A cell phone was reported stolen at 1030 S. Pacific St.

* Miscellaneous prescription medication was reported stolen at 19 S. Kingshighway.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported at 130 Vantage Drive. Santon M. Rollins, 19, of 1130 S. Ellis St., was issued a summons in connection with the complaint.

Miscellaneous

* Trafficking and trespassing were reported.

* A 14-year-old boy was reported as a runaway.

* Tampering with a motor vehicle was reported at Sprigg Street and Jefferson Avenue. A subject was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges.

* Dustin E. Williams, 20, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.

* Daniel R. Hager, 37, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.

* Karl O. Honaas, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of alcohol by a minor.

Southeast Missouri State University

The following items were released by the Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported in Towers South. A laptop, adapters, speaker, iPod, computer game and disk were reported stolen.

Summonses

* Gary W. Warren, 25, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle, purchase of vehicle without completed title, failure to stop for a stop sign and failure to maintain financial responsibility.

* Eric S. Johnson, 20, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
