DWI
* Lonnie B. Bartusch of 2504 Masters Drive was arrested on a suspicion of driving while intoxicated leading to a motor vehicle accident.
Arrests
* Rae A. Kirkpatrick of Whitewater was arrested on a Scott County warrant for stealing and fraudulent use of a credit device.
* Kenneth J. Nicholson, 39, of 100 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear and on three Cape Girardeau warrants for probation violation, for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for seat belt violation and for failure to pay fines for no proof of insurance.
* Melissa A. Randol, 36, of 100 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
* Samuel I. King, 18, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for driving while suspended, for failure to appear for seat belt violation and failure to appear for cutting across a lot to avoid a traffic light.
* Michael B. Weakley, 40, of 911 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Mississippi County warrant for contempt of court for possession of a controlled substance.
* Charles L. Cowell, 26, of Kelso, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for probation for possession of a controlled substance and for failure to appear for probation revocation for possession of a controlled substance.
Assault
* A 10-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for assault, assault of a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest.
Thefts
* A bicycle was reported stolen at 1811 Niemann Drive.
* Missouri license tabs were reported stolen.
* Jaspers, 407 Morgan Oak St., reported gasoline stolen.
* A concrete birdbath, an elephant and a cast-iron birdbath were reported stolen at 421 Themis St.
* Money was reported stolen at 717 N. Sprigg St.
Miscellaneous
* A 1984 tan Cadillac DeVille was reported abandoned at 1336 Big Bend Road.
* A 2000 black Plymouth Breeze was reported abandoned at Lexington Avenue and Kingshighway.
* A 51-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* A 32-year-old woman was reported to have walked away from a mental health facility.
* McCalister's Deli, 244 S. Mount Auburn Road, reported forgery.
* J.C. Penney, 200 West Park Mall, reported forgery.
* Cracker Barrel, 3261 William St., reported forgery.
