Arrests

* Willie D. Carter, 47, of 605 Amethyst St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for suspended license.

* Jonathan Johnson, 44, of 231 Mill St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for driving with suspended license.

* Lynette M. Bowman, 21, and Jerry D. Eads, 47, both of Caruthersville, Mo., were arrested on suspicion of stealing.

Summonses

* Kevin J. Pollock, 24, of Ironton, Mo., was issued a summons for operating a vehicle off the roadway of a city park.

* Angela K. Graham, 41, of 412 Sheridan, Apt. 1, was issued a summons for sale of liquor to a minor.

* Amy J. Stoffregen, 25, of 635 Charles St., was issued a summons for sale of liquor to a minor.

* Stephen L. Dunn, 23, of 1216 Dunklin St., was issued a summons for sale of liquor to a minor.

* Brandon I. Francis, 20, of 2545 Maria Louise Lane, was issued a summons for sale of liquor to a minor.

* Wendy L. Trapp, 27, of 262 Estate Drive, Apt. 150, was issued a summons for sale of liquor to a minor.

Assaults

* Domestic assault was reported.

* Child abuse was reported.

Burglary

* Burglary was reported and money stolen at 224 N. Park Ave.

Thefts

* Citi Financial, 3441 William St., reported a car title stolen.

* Sav-A-Lot, 121 S. Sprigg St., reported stealing. Roger L. Pittman, 27, of 419 S. Pacific St., was arrested in connection with the complaint.

* A wallet was reported stolen at Broadway and Park Avenue.

* Two subjects were taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges on stealing.

* Maple United Methodist Church, 3168 William St., reported a counterfeit $20 bill.

* A 19-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 43-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Kids Wear Again, 118 N. Main St., reported forgery and passing a bad check.

* A bicycle was reported found in the 2700 block of Peach Tree Street.

Arrests

* Darius R. Harris, 27, of 1424 William St., Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a U.S. Marshal warrant for sale of cocaine and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for sale of cocaine.

* Steven D. Edmunds, 19, of 923 N. Frederick St., Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

Burglary

* Burglary was reported in the 2800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Burglary was reported in the 1000 block of Anna Street.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 200 block of North Missouri Street.

* Theft was reported in the 200 block of Morgan Street.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 100 block of Court Street.

* Property damage was reported in the 800 block of Green Meadows Drive.

Miscellaneous

* Fraud was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Animal neglect was reported in the 1200 block of Belair Drive.

* Harassment was reported in the 1400 block of Woodland Drive.

* Fraud was reported in the 5600 block of East Old Cape Road.
