The following items were released Friday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Emily C. Kellams, 23, of 901 Missouri Ave., Apt. A, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Colleen N. Kelly, 19, of 1726 Dunklin St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Nicolette A. Duncan, 20, of 1726 Dunklin St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Kaishau Lashaae Kirby, 18, of 1721 Cape Meadows Circle, No. 2, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for peace disturbance.

* Stanley D. Johnson, 22, of 909 Hackberry St., No. 202, was arrested on a Hardeman County, Tenn., warrant for probation violation.

* A male juvenile, age 15, was cited in juvenile court for marijuana possession and possession of Xanax.

* James B. Hanson, 26, of 1320 Themis St. Apt. A, was arrested on a Springfield, Ill., Department of Corrections warrant for parole violation and a Williamson County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance.

* Shaun J. Johnson, 19, of St. Louis, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

* Random E. Ward IV, 29, of St. Louis, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

Summons

* Jessica Glueck of Scott City received a summons for leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident at 325 Broadway.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.

* A wallet, cash and a dual-screen DVD player were reported stolen at 2516 Cobblestone Ct.

* Taco John's, 111 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of cash.

* Boyce Church, 840 S. Ellis St., reported a refrigerator and electric stove stolen.

* BP D-Mart, 3276 William St., reported a theft of cash.

* A license plate was reported stolen at 535 S. Benton St.

* A license plate was reported stolen or lost at 509 S. Ellis St.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.

* Denny's Diner, 161 West St., reported a theft of food. Natalie R. Profilet, 21, of 2033 Bainbridge Rd., and Meredith D. Detring, 20, of 1500 Perryville Road, received summonses in connection with the complaint.

Property Damage

* A car door was reported damaged at 1528 N. Water St.

* A car windshield was reported shattered at 2842 Independence St.

* Damage to two vehicles was reported at 227 S. Pacific St.

* Damage to car tires was reported at Good Hope and pacific Streets.

Jackson

The following items were released Friday by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* Torrance O. Gardener, 21, of 914 Old Cape Road, Jackson, was arrested on a Jackson County warrant for domestic battery.

Thefts

* A theft was reported in the 900 block of Kent Street.

* A theft was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

Property Damage

* Property damage was reported in the 300 block of South Ohio Street.

* Property damage was reported twice on Wexford Court.

* Vandalism was reported in the 300 block of South Hope Street.

Miscellaneous

* A disturbance was reported in the 600 block of Broadridge Drive.

The folllowing items were released Friday by the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Justin L. Zoellner, 24, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Chant D. Long, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a New Madrid County warrant for passing bad checks.

* William B. Burton, 37, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.
