DWIs

* John Robert Miller, 27, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving and failing to yeild to an emergency vehicle.

* Jamie D. McCalister, 24, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and not wearing a seat belt.

* Robert Charles Long, 25, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and no headlights at night.

* Bruce Alan Smith, 23, 405 Albert St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to yield and no seat belt.

Arrests

* Richard Upchurch, 42, of Hazelwood, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of contempt of court.

* Kacey Danyelle Romans, 21, 102 Park, was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for insufficient funds.

* David Lee Abbott, 21, of Benton, Mo., was issued a summons for no headlights.

Assaults

* Domestic assault was reported.

* Third-degree assault was reported.

Thefts

* Theft was reported at 923 N. Frederick St.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported stolen fuel. Rhodes also reported two counts of stolen fuel from its station at 1126 N. Sprigg and two counts of stolen gas from its Jaspers station at 1008 S. Kingshighway and 10 S. West End Blvd.

Property damage

* A door was reported damaged at 733 Enterprise St.

Miscellaneous

* A license plate was reported found at the 800 block of Good Hope St.

* A license plate was reported found.
