The following items were released Thursday by the Cape Girardeau Police department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
Keith N. Estes, 35, 8305 County Road 306, Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for non-support.
Bobbi J. Wipfler, 26, 8305 County Road 306, was arrested on a city warrant and on a warrant from Poplar Bluff, Mo., both for seat belt violations
Christina Lynn Henderson, 20, 10 W. Fourth St., Scott City, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
Joshua James Burmeister, 31, 610 Terry Lane, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
Summonses
Cecil E Adams, 53, 120 Lambert St., Sikeston, Mo., was issued a summons for erecting a sign without a permit.
Aaron Nelson, 39, 1022 S. Pacific St., was issued a summons for assault.
Thomas C. Benton, 53, 1305 Annette Lane, Jackson, was issued a summons for property damage.
Theft
A 14-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court in connection with the reported theft of gasoline from Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St.
A ladder was reported stolen from 635 Broadway.
A CD player was reported stolen and a window broken at 606 S. Kings-highway.
A stereo and speakers were reported stolen from 317 N. Broadview St.
A CD and mag light were reported stolen from Sperling's Wrecker Service, 317 N. Broadview St.
Property damage
A vehicle window was reported broken at 920 N. Kingshighway.
A vehicle window and trunk lock were reported broken at 317 N. Broadview St.
Bushes and a front yard were reported damaged at 1000 N. West End Blvd.
Miscellaneous
A 14-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for leaving the scene of a vehicle accident.
A 14-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court and an adult subject is in custody pending filiing of formal charges on suspicion of receiving stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia.
A 16-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for being a runaway.
A tan 1979 Chevrolet Impala was towed from a North Kingshighway location.
