The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Robert D. Rodriguez, 21, of 324 S. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.

* William Booker, 46, of 5 N. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of crack cocaine and cocaine.

* Ricky C. Mosley, 50, and Bobbie J. Mosley, 48, both of 521 S. Middle St., were arrested on suspicion of possession of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia.

* David P. Rigden, 19, of Chesterfield, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with intent.

* Martin R. Aide, 17, of 3216 Lakewood Drive., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

* Jeremiah E. Dukes, 22, of 539 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for walking in road when sidewalk available.

* Ernest L. Nelson, 53, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for revoked operator's license and on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked.

* Leonard L. Copen, 25, of 211 Mason St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked, no front plate and no seat belt.

Assaults

* An assault was reported. Jason A. Hao, 30, of 44 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested in connection with the complaint.

* Domestic assault was reported.

* Domestic assault was reported at 220 S. Ellis St. Emilio J. Almaglier, 41, of 220 S. Ellis St., was arrested in connection with the complaint.

Thefts

* Assorted tools were reported stolen at 5831 Dalhousie.

* A tree with stand was reported stolen at 127 N. Main St.

* A theft was reported. Two boys, ages 13 and 14, were cited into juvenile court in connection with the complaint.

* Identity theft was reported.

* Medication and CDs were reported stolen at 11 S. Kingshighway.

Property damage

* The city of Cape Girardeau reported a damaged vehicle.

* A vehicle window was reported broken on Interstate 55 at mile marker 100.

Miscellaneous

* Two incidents of forgery were reported.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summons

* Nathaniel R. Strop, 17, of 4000 Ridge Road, received a summons for careless and imprudent driving.

Assault

* An assault was reported in the 100 block of Tracy Street.

Southeast Missouri State University

The following items were released by the Southeast Department of Public Safety.

Thefts

* A theft was reported in New Hall.
