The following items were released Friday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
Amy Ladawn Stone, 32, 1367 County Road 254, Advance, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.
David Marcus Russell, 32, 1115 Jefferson St., was arrested on a Cook County Ill., warrant for vehicle theft.
Property Damage
Ignition switches to two vehicles were reported damaged at 2704 Jewell Drive.
Thefts
A basset hound was reported stolen from its home.
A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for stealing in conjunction with a reported theft from Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
A Halloween yard ornament was reported stolen from 1161 Landgraf Drive.
A laptop computer, digital camera and office bag were reported stolen from 103 Cape West Parkway.
A "road closed ahead" sign and two orange road barricades belonging to Kirn Plumbing and Heating were reported stolen from the 400 block of Louisiana Avenue.
Miscellaneous
Various items were found at 332 N. Middle St.
A Missouri license plate, D6383-G, was reported found at 889 N. Kingshighway.
A metal cash box was found at Water and Independence streets.
A white 1992 Chevrolet Blazer, Missouri license number 081 SF7, was reported abandoned at 341 S. Sprigg St.
A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for distributing tobacco to a minor.
Cape Girardeau County Sheriff
The following items were released Friday by the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
Jonathan D. Swiney, 18, of Marquand, Mo., was arrested Thursday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, possession of a controlled substance and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.
Arrests
Dawayne E. Phoenix, 42, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested Oct. 15 on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation on an original charge of stealing.
Lee Robinson, 26, no address provided, was arrested Oct. 17 on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for burglary, assault and stealing.
Samuel I. King, 17, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for two counts of stealing.
Santon M. Rollins, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault and property damage.
Daniel G. Martin, 41, of Marquand, Mo., was arrested Thursday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and failure to maintain financial responsibility.
David S. Masterson, 36, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for peace disturbance.
