DWI

* Jamie L. Tinsley, 23, of 223 S. Bast, Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Brandy Jo Mcadams, 27, of 336 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for no seat belt.

* Nicole Robison, 23, of P.O. Box 24, Grandin, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.

* David Victor Bauer, 64, of 132 E. Cape Rock Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.

* Patricia Easton, 41, of 2818 Whitener St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.

* Adrian Jones, 20, of 3019 Aspen Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

Summonses

* Jonathan C. Whalen, 17, of 1106 Landgraf Drive, was issued a summons for attempt to purchase tobacco by a minor.

* Wuilmer Gutierrez, 21, of 215 N. Henderson Ave., Apt. 3, was issued a summons for driving without a valid drivers license and no insurance.

* Third-degree assault was reported.

* Assault was reported.

* Domestic assault was reported.

Miscellaneous

* The city of Cape Girardeau reported a stop sign and pole were stolen at Morgan Oak and South Sprigg streets.

* Child abuse was reported.

* Phone harassment was reported.

* Peace disturbance was reported at the 700 block of Broadway.

* Hours of liquor sales violation was reported.

* A subject is in custody pending formal charges for first-degree trespassing.

* K-Mart reported clothing stolen.
