* Erin M. Morrison, 22, of 1589 Bel Air Drive, Apt. 2, Jackson, was arrested on a Carter County warrant for littering.

* Joe D. Davis, 20, no address given, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for assault and failure to pay fine and cost for no operators license and on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* Jason D. Baldwin, 26, of Marston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for peace disturbance.

* Ronald A. Wright, 43, of 1127 S. Sprigg St. was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for suspended license.

* Lemecha Requetta Abraham, 27, of 1410 Pemiscot St. was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to pay fines and on a Cole County warrant for probation violation.

* Richard David Upchurch, 41, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fines.

* Brandi L. Sidebottom, 21, of 238 N. Henderson Ave. was arrested on suspicion of leash law violation.

Summonses

* Theresa L. Reagan-Stecz, 49, of 680 E. Jefferson St., Jackson, was issued a summons for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with physical evidence.

* Jo Anne Fornkohl, 54, of 1326 Dunklin St. was issued a summons for illegal dumping.

* The Buckle, 255 West Park Mall, reported passing bad checks.

Assaults

* A subject was taken into custody for assault and was later released.

* A subject was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges for domestic assault.

Burglary

* Burglary was reported, a television taken and power cords damaged at 624 Boxwood Drive.

Thefts

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 340 N. Frederick St.

* A Missouri license plate was reported stolen at 825 N. Spanish St.

Miscellaneous

* A 1998 white Ford Taurus was reported abandoned at Highway 74 and South Kingshighway.

* A vehicle was reported for leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident, in which a pedestrian was struck at Jefferson Avenue and Frederick Street.

* Holy Spirit Harvest Church reported forgery.

* Forgery was reported at 1821 Randol Ave.

* A white Ford Taurus was reported abandoned at Lexington Avenue and Cape Rock Drive.

* A Missouri license plate was reported stolen.

Assault

* Assault was reported in the 1600 block of West Independence Street.

* Assault was reported on South Missouri Street.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 1900 block of Lee Avenue.

Arrests

* Amy L. English, 31, of Gordonville, was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for passing a bad check.

* Juan C. Perez, 30, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for operating a motor vehicle without a license.

* Demetrius Beasley, 32, of St. Louis, Mo., was arrested on a Ste. Genevieve County warrant for failure to appear for speeding and no seatbelt and on a Farmington, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.

Summonses

* Brandon L. Janssen, 17, no address given, was issued a summons for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
