* Joseph Lynn Heck, 23, 756 W. Rodney Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear in court.

* James Arnold Ward, 39, 614 Woodbine Place, was arrested on suspicion of assault and peace disturbance.

* Christopher Charles Falls, 25, 2812 Hilltop Lane, Jackson, was arrested on a city warrant for failure to appear for a traffic offense.

Theft

* A Stihl chain saw was reported stolen from 718 Morgan Oak St.

* Two battery chargers were reported stolen at 119 S. Spanish St.

* Gasoline was reported stolen from Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St.

* A flag and flag pole were reported damaged at the Cape Girardeau Country Club.

Miscellaneous

* Fisher Auto Parts, 2350 Rust Ave., reported a failure to return rental property.

* A cellular flip phone was reported lost at 113 Broadway.

* Forgery was reported at 407 N. Kingshighway and 160 S. Broadview St.
