The following items were released Tuesday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Leander West Jr., 17, 129 McBride St., Cairo, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and assault on a law enforcement officer.
* Neal Patrick Clark, 31, 1953 Lynch St., St. Louis, was arrested on a Jefferson City warrant for being a parole absconder.
* Tyrone James Ebay, 28, 301 N. Lorimier St., Apt. 42, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.
* James E. Willis, 26, 3023 Aspen Drive, Apt. 2, was arrested on a warrant from Leadington, Mo., for failure to appear.
* Anthony R. Bell, 21, 337N. Ellis St., Apt. 1, was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court for possession of marijuana.
Thefts
* A lamp was reported stolen from Aaron's Rental, 127 S. Lorimier St.
* Tow and storage fees were reported stolen by A&A Towing, 1146 S. Kingshighway.
Property damage
* A vehicle fender was reported damaged at 19 S. Kingshighway.
Miscellaneous
* A brown 1986 Toyota Corolla, Missouri license 370 CTR, was reported abandoned at 439 N. Sprigg St.
* Peace disturbance was reported at 19 S. Kingshighway.
* A counterfeit $20 bill was reported passed at Montgomery Bank, 2027 Broadway.
* A counterfeit $50 bill was reported passed at Jeremiah's Bar and Grill, 127 N. Water St.
