Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* Shaw C. Adams, 33, of 5603 County Road 205, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court and failure to appear for harassment.

Summonses

* Martavius A. Davis, 17, of 534 N. Fountain St., was issued a summons for trespassing and peace disturbance.

* Kenneth E. Brown, 38, of 205 S. Middle St., was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Thefts

* Two juveniles were taken into custody on suspicion of stealing and minor in possession.

* A safe was reported stolen at 532 Cape Meadows Drive.

Property damage

* Slashed tires were reported at 3440 Lowes Drive.

Miscellaneous

* Trespassing was reported at 3049 William St.
