* Larry C. McCain, 47, of Tamms, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to show proof of insurance.
* Rayburn Cowan Jr., 36, 1525 N. Spanish St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, possession of marijuana, driving while revoked, resisting lawful detention and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
* Jennifer M. Kasal, 19, of Arnold, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failing to maintain a single lane.
* Joshua A. Smith, 19, 838 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of robbery.
* Shonzae L. Bellamy, 22, 816 Elm St., was arrested on suspicion of tampering and resisting lawful detention.
* Patricia A. Treadwell, 50, 208 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Michelle E. Cox, 37, 1102 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Scott W. Fornkohl, 20,1210 Forest Ave., was arrested on suspicion of assault, domestic assault and property damage.
* Andrew P. Farwig, 20, of Hazelwood, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.
* Tyler J. Pengelley, 26, 329 N. Middle St., No. 1, was arrested on suspicion of stealing cosmetics from Macy's at 100 West Park Mall.
* A radio and cell phone charger were reported stolen from 1561 Grandview Drive.
* A 2000 white Ford Escort was reported stolen at 1710 N. Sprigg St.
* A cell phone, tool box, money and tools were reported stolen at 1701 Lacey St. Two vehicle windows were also reported broken.
* A CD player face plate was reported stolen at 1625 Themis St.
* A lap top computer was reported stolen at 12 N. Pind Wood Lane.
* Debit cards and IDs were reported stolen at 40 S. Sprigg St.
* Prescription medication was reported stolen at 312 N. Lorimier St.
* Domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon were reported.
* Tampering was reported.
* A violation of order of protection was reported.
* A 22-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
* An animal bite was reported.
* A 42-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Two 14-year-olds were referred to juvenile authorities for possession of tobacco.
* Dustin L. Tatum, 16, 619 Sue Drive, was arrested for obstructing traffic flow by stopping in a driving lane.
* Dakoda L. Wilburn, 17, of Benton, Ill., was arrested for peace disturbance.
* Jeffery M. Brown, 27, of Ironton, Mo. received a summons for leaving the scene of an accident, failing to drive on the right half of the road, operating a vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner, parking a vehicle improperly and failing to wear a seat belt.
* James A. Randol, 42, 658 Strawberry Lane, received a summons for failing to register a motor vehicle.
* A burglary was reported in the 200 block of Morgan Street.
* A theft was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
* A theft was reported in the 3700 block of Shalom Street.
* An assault was reported in the 100 block of North Neal Street.
* Property damage was reported in the 900 block of Shady Lane.
* Property damage was reported in the 200 block of East Washington Street.
* Property damage was reported in the 500 block of North Ohio Street.
* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 600 block of Broadridge Drive.
* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 1600 block of Kimble Lane.
* A court order violation was reported in the 5000 block of Nellie Street.
* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 200 block of South Ohio Street.
* A peace disturbance was reported in the 1100 block of Hannah Street.
* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 900 block of West Main Street.
The Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety released the following items.
* Juveniles were arrested for second-degree burglary and property damage at Washington School.
* Joseph Baldetti, no age given, of St. Peters, Mo., received a summons for possession of marijuana.
* A bicycle was reported stolen at New Hall.
