Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Christoper L. Stults, 25, of 45 S. West End Blvd., No. 210, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for endangering welfare of child.
  • Darcell C. Moore, 20, of 728 Hickory St., was arrested on 12 Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court.
  • Kristine K. Peters, 47, of East Prairie, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
  • Curtis J. Kneezle, 23, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
  • Francis L. Stringer, 49, of Bourbon, Mo., was arrested on a Phelps County warrant for fraud and passing bad checks.
  • A suspect is in custody pending filing of formal charges of driving while revoked and having an open container.
  • Gregory A. Cappa, 40, of Wildwood, Mo., was arrested on St. Charles County warrants for driving under the influence and two traffic offenses.

Assaults

  • An assault was reported.
  • A domestic assault and property damage were reported.

Thefts

  • An automobile was reported stolen at 1027 N. Frederick St.
  • A debit card was reported stolen at 87 S. Plaza Way.
  • Jaspers, 1008 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A cell phone, credit card and cash were reported stolen at Buckner Brewing Co.

Property damage

  • A damaged glass door was reported at 729 S. Fountain St.

DWI

  • A suspect is in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated, speeding and driving while revoked.

Miscellaneous

  • A 25-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
  • Two men, ages 23 and 30, were taken into protective custody.
  • A 30-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
  • Interference with child custody was reported.
  • A 56-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
  • A 42-year-old woman was reported missing.
  • A 21-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
  • A 25-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Antoine L. Randolph, 28, of St. Louis was arrested on a St. Louis County warrant for domestic assault and failure to appear.

Summonses

  • Richard R. Gilmore, 34, of 529 E. Adams St., was issued summonses for failure to provide proof of insurance, displaying the plates of another vehicle and speeding.

Assault

  • An assault was reported in the 2000 block of Old Toll Road.

Thefts

  • A theft from a vending machine was reported in the 2100 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
  • A theft from a motor vehicle and property damage was reported in the 800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Property damage

  • Damage to a footbridge was reported at Litz Park.
  • Damage to a motor vehicle was reported in the 2200 block of Shannon Court.

Miscellaneous

  • A peace disturbance was reported in the 300 block of South Ohio Street.
  • A peace disturbance was reported in the 1400 block of Old Cape Road.
