Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* A suspect was in custody pending filing of formal charges for driving while intoxicated, drug possession, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, failure to stop for a red light, careless and imprudent driving, driving while revoked and resisting arrest.

Arrests

* A 15-year-old boy and a 14-year-old boy were cited into juvenile court for stealing and trespassing.

* James A, Herring, 23, 134 S. Lorimier St., No. 6, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Sevuan Waters, 38, of New Madrid, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.

* Christopher S. Brooks, 46, 20 S. Henderson Ave., No. 2, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Three 13-year-old girls were taken into custody for damaging a table at 900 N. Main St.

* A 16-year-old girl was taken into custody for stealing at Sears, 330 Siemers Drive.

* Aundra Demetrius Wren, 24, 608 Sycamore Circle, No. 2, was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants and one Ste. Genevieve County, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.

* A 12-year-old girl was taken into custody for stealing at Claire's, 3049 William St.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges for domestic assault and assault.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges for stealing.

* Shea T. Devins, 22, of Troy, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Trenton G. Klipfel, 3810 Valley View Lane, was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked, exhibition driving and being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Jacob P. Force, 20, 1000 Towers Circle, and Kirk R. Menard, 20, 626 Broadway, were arrested on suspicion of being minors in possession of alcohol by consumption.

Summonses

* Jason D. Robinson, 34, of Ravenna, Ohio, and Steven P. Shrout, 29, Fredericktown, Mo., were issued summonses for noise violation.

* Felicia Smith, 44, 125 N. Clark Ave., was issued a summons for trespassing.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

Property damage

* A building window and a vehicle window were reported broken at 447 N. Main St.

* A vehicle mirror was reported damaged at 327 S. Frederick St.

Thefts

* A wallet was reported stolen at 5 S. Hanover St.

* Medication was reported stolen at 333 N. Frederick St.

* Money was reported stolen at Wendy's, 35 S. Kingshighway.

* Money was reported taken at 3264 William St.

* Money was reported stolen at 52 S. Plaza Way.

* Lights were reported stolen at 204 N. Henderson Ave.

Miscellaneous

* Leaving the scene of an accident was reported at 276 Siemers Drive.

* Rape and burglary were reported.

* Harassment was reported.

* Fraud was reported.

* A 21-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
