  • A 14-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for probation violation.
  • Sarah G. Jackson, 22, 225 S. Lorimier St., No. 2, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine for motor vehicle responsibility.
  • Dustin J. Wondrick, 20, 1122 Big Bend Road, was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for failure to appear for fraud.
  • Marvina J. Halton, 39, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to pay fine and cost for a stop sign violation.
  • William E. Hoffee II, 30, 25 N. Benton St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for stealing by deceit.
  • John J. Fisher III, 22, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of stealing. Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported a theft of flashlight in connection with the incident.

Summonses

  • Jason Wood, 28, 5 Village Drive, No. 2, was issued a summons for property damage.
  • Forrest J. Jackson, 53, 1223 N. Kingshighway, was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of weeds.

Thefts

  • A CD player was reported stolen at West Park Mall.
  • Stealing by deceit was reported.
  • Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gift certificates.
  • Stealing and passing bad checks were reported.

  • Joseph W. Graham, 17, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and being a visibly intoxicated minor.
  • Jeremy J. Haynes, 19, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, failure to stop for stop sign, resisting arrest, interfering with arrest and being a visibly intoxicated minor.

Arrests

  • Zachary R. Young, 25, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended and possession of controlled substances.
  • Shawn A. Tidwell, 18, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of being a visibly intoxicated minor.
  • Kevin P. Pridemore, 17, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of being a visibly intoxicated minor.
  • Merriel E. Housman, 56, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
  • Michael R. O'Dell, 48, was arrested on a Greene County warrant for forgery and a state warrant for parole violation and receiving stolen property.
  • Kenneth C. Rash, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest.
  • Zachary E. Warren, 17, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of assault.
  • Kevin R. Campbell, 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
