Cape Girardeau
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWIs
* Roger C. Hanshew, 2640 Hopper Road, Apt. 2, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene.
* Jacob P. Kluesner, 19, of Oran, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain a single lane.
Arrests
* Tiffany D. Thomas, 27, 223 S. Ellis St., Apt. D, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to pay fine for failure to display license upon request.
* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for being beyond parental control.
* A subject was arrested pending charges for stealing, tampering with a motor vehicle, resisting arrest and trespassing.
* A subject was arrested pending charges for domestic assault.
* A 13-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of burglary.
Summonses
* Benjamin R. Gosche, 30, 1720 Dunklin St., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of weeds.
* David C. Epps, 58, 200 Bellevue St., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of litter.
Assaults
* An assault was reported.
* A domestic assault was reported.
Theft
* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of fuel.
* A CD player, CD case, steering wheel cover, radio, driver's license and EBT card were reported stolen at 422 Bellevue St.
* Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of fuel.
Burglary
* A burglary was reported at 1322 N. West End Blvd. Medication was reported stolen.
* A burglary was reported at 1006 N. Frederick St. A TV, Xbox, cell phone and assorted games were reported stolen.
Miscellaneous
* Forgery was reported.
* Stalking was reported.
Jackson
The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Theft
* A theft was reported in the 1200 block of East Main Street.
Miscellaneous
* Harassment was reported in the 600 block of Jackson Trail.
