Cape Girardeau
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
- Brandon T. Singleton, 38, 906 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain a single lane.
Arrests
- Winifred G. Richards, 26, 406 Sheridan Drive, Apt. H, was arrested on suspicion of stealing and fraudulent use of a credit device.
- Tony L. Buford, 34, 1215 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
- Jimmy G. Whittaker, 62, 440 Washington Ave., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
- Floyd G. Wiseman, 44, 627 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
- Cercencio Sylva-Ramirez, 20, 3019 Themis St., Apt. 3, was arrested on suspicion of driving without a license, no insurance and failure to secure a child in a safety belt.
- A 10-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for prohibited acts.
- Gilberto F. Hernandez, 40, 624 Boxwood Drive, Apt. 4, was arrested on suspicion of driving without an operator's license and immigration and customs enforcement violations.
- Isidro Claudio-Gutierrez, 34, 604 Boxwood Drive, Apt. 4, was arrested on suspicion of immigration and customs enforcement violation.
- Abel Claudio-Gutierrez, 28, of St. Louis, was arrested on suspicion of immigration and customs enforcement violation.
- Masendonio Sotelo-Pina, 29, 624 Boxwood Drive, Apt. 4, was arrested on suspicion of immigration and customs enforcement violation.
- Javier Claudio-Gutierrez, 21, 624 Boxwood Drive, Apt. 4, was arrested on suspicion of an immigration and customs enforcement violation.
- Thurman B. Harbison, 71, with a listed address as the Department of Corrections, Jefferson City, was arrested on a warrant at 1701 Lacey St.
- Prahans P. Desai, 33, 2464 Cheetah Lane, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for two counts of driving while intoxicated, two counts of driving while revoked and two counts of failure to drive in a single lane.
- Ernesto J. Garcia, 26, 225 S. Lorimier St., Apt. 2, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for parole violation.
Summons
- Jonathan Johnson, 47, 1506 N. West End Blvd., received a summons for receiving stolen property.
Assault
- An assault and armed criminal action were reported at 132 S. Hanover St. Two men, ages 18 and 19, and a 14-year-old boy, were reported injured.
Burglary
- A burglary was reported at 1011 S. Pacific St. A door was reported damaged and miscellaneous papers, a gun, jewelry and cash were reported stolen.
- A burglary was reported at 620 Terry Lane. A safe and cash were reported stolen.
Theft
- A purse and cash were reported stolen at 546 S. Sprigg St.
- Identity theft was reported.
- A cell phone and wallet were reported stolen at 212 S. Kingshighway.
- Checks were reported stolen at 1804 N. Main St.
Property damage
- A vehicle window was reported shattered at 1452 N. Main St.
- A bullet hole was reported in a vehicle at 2009 Steven Drive.
- A vehicle window was reported damaged at 107 S. Hanover St.
Miscellaneous
- Child abuse was reported.
- A 54-year-old man was placed in protective custody for resisting arrest.
Jackson
The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

- Adam S. Bramlett, 23, 1474 Lilac Lane, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive in a single lane.
- Chad E. Francis, 30, of Lawrenceville, Ga., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speeding.
Arrests
- James Langston, 34, of 947 Donna Drive was arrested on a Bollinger County warrant.
