Police report 9/30/09

Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Vivian L. Kinder, 48, of Oran, Mo., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for bad check.

* Aaron A. Grimes, 21, 114 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for improper registration and no seat belt.

Assault

* An assault was reported. A 15-year-old was cited into juvenile court in connection with the incident.

* An assault was reported.

Theft

* Bi-State, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of fuel.

* A cell phone was reported stolen at 1611 Good Hope St.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items.

Assault

* An assault was reported in the 300 block of South Missouri Street.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 800 block of Francis Drive.

* Property damage was reported in the 200 block of South High Street.

Miscellaneous

* A disturbance was reported in the 600 block of Jackson Trail.
