Cape Girardeau
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
- Walter Deandre Combs, 39, 45 S. West End Blvd., Apt. 412, was arrested on suspicion of disturbing the peace.
- Nicholas Shane Wayland, 21, 1244 County Road 403, Benton Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fines and for a seat belt violation, and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for receiving stolen property.
- A 16-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for walking in the street.
- A suspect was in custody pending formal charges for burglary and property damage.
- A 15-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for assault.
- Loy Gene Newell, 55, 828 Gerald St., Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure.
- Dustin A. Sentz, 23, 408 Oak St., Thebes, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of assault of a law enforcement officer.
- Devin L. Eastman, 20, 45 S. West End Blvd., Apt. 506, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for stealing and two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for improper registration and revoked operator's license.
- David G. Farris II, 21, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Dunklin County warrant for failure to appear for theft/possession of marijuana and a Stoddard County warrant for possession of marijuana.
- Thomas R. Kuehn II, no age given, was arrested on a Butler County warrant for child neglect.
- Amber L. Rhodes, 22, of 1324 N. Sprigg St., Apt. 1, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
Summons
- Cree C. Littleton, 27, of 123 N. Clark St., Apt. 1, received a summons for creating a peace disturbance.
Assaults
- Four assaults were reported at undisclosed locations.
Thefts
- Cash was reported stolen at 2011 N. Kingshighway.
- A purse was reported stolen at 121 S. Benton St.
- Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kings­highway, reported the theft of gasoline.
- A wallet was reported stolen at 2819 Whitener.
- A U-Haul tow dolly was reported stolen at 740 S. Kings­highway.
Miscellaneous
- A window was reported broken at 1912 Independence St.
- Phone harassment was reported.

The Southeast Missouri State University Department of Safety released the following items.
