Arrests; Arrests
Cape Girardeau
The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
- Theresa Lynn Taylor, 41, 1836 State Highway V, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
- A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges for unlawful use of a weapon and sexual misconduct.
- Lydia Lockridge, 20, 800 S. Ellis St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for assault, failure to appear and probation violation.
- Thomas Klockenkemper, 41, of McClure, Ill., was arrested on Perry County warrant for failure to return to confinement.
Summonses
- Anthony E. Anderson, 23, of Jackson was issued a summons for consumption of an alcoholic beverage while driving.
Assault
- Assault and theft of a wedding band were reported at 26 N. Main St.
Theft
- Stealing was reported at 107 N. Main St.
- A theft of gasoline was reported at Jaspers, 407 Morgan Oak St.
Property damage
- A vehicle was reported damaged at Ellis and Good Hope streets.
- A vehicle was reported damaged at 1126 N. Sprigg St.
Miscellaneous
- Harassment by phone was reported at 65 N. Spanish St.
- A lost ID was reported at 826 N. Spanish St.
- A missing juvenile was reported.
- Assault was reported by a juvenile.

Jackson
The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
- Curtis L. Smith, 43, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Zachary A. Laird, 17, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of second-degree assault.
Summonses
- William E. Pinkerton Jr., 39, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign.
- Joshua W. Boswell, 20, 43 S. Henderson St., was issued a summons for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Assault
- Assault was reported in the 1200 block of Brandom Street.
- Assault was reported in the 1500 block of Watson Drive.
Theft
- Gas was reported stolen in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
Property damage
- Vehicle windows were reported damaged in the 300 block of Cherry Street.
- A street sign was reported damaged in the 4000 block of Bainbridge Road.
- Vandalism was reported in the 500 block of Hidden Meadows Drive.

- A well-being check was made in the 100 block of West Adams Street.
- A well-being check was made in the 600 block of South Colorado Street.
- Harassment was reported in the 100 block of North High Street.
- Harassment was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.
- A verbal dispute was reported in the 1200 block of Bramblewood Drive.
- A domestic dispute was reported in the 1100 block of Highland Drive.
- Harassment was reported in the 400 block of Cedar Street.
- Fraud was reported in the 1100 block of K Land Drive.
