DWI

* Andrew J. Jehle, no age given, of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain right half of roadway.

Arrests

* Nicholas P. Berger, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* Dustin S. King, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.

* A subject was arrested pending charges for possession of a controlled substance.

* A burglary was reported. A subject is in custody pending charges in connection with the incident.

* Angelia L. Liggins, no age given, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a warrant of commitment.

Summons

* Tyrone E. Wade, 21, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for receiving stolen property.

Assault

* An assault was reported.

* Jaspers, 1008 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of fuel.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported. A decorative plate was reported stolen.

* Vehicle damage was reported at 807 Perry Ave.

Miscellaneous

* A subject was placed in protective custody.

* Harassment was reported.

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Brian C. Shultz, 30, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of interference with custody.

* Krissty L. Steers, 27, of Daisy was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for passing a bad check.

* Robert E. Steers, 45, of Daisy was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for passing a bad check and failure to collect sales tax or failure to file a return.
