The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Dustin S. King, 18, of Florissant, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for being a minor in possession and no operator's license.
  • Devin L. Eastman, 20, 45 S. West End Blvd., No. 506, was arrested on suspicion of contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost, aiding escape of prisoner, suspended operator's license, stealing, improper registration and revoked operator's license.
  • Andrew C. Archie, 41, 630 N. Fountain St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
  • Lashanda M. Daniels, 17, of Chaffee, Mo.; Ashley N. Mcguinn, 17, 424 S. West End Blvd.; and a 15-year-old girl were arrested on suspicion of stealing.
  • A subject is in custody pending charges for peace disturbance.
  • A subject is in custody pending charges for ordinance violation.
  • Broshawn Egson, 723 Cape Meadows Circle, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for suspended operator's license.
  • Herschael Tanksley of St. Louis was arrested on Scott County warrant for a probation violation.
  • Jeffery Petzoldt, 717 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Carter County warrant for minor in possession.

Summonses

  • Billy J. Harrison, 31, of Themis Street was issued a summons for peace disturbance.
  • Bruce A. McClard, 58, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to keep property free of weeds.

Thefts

  • Radiators and extension cords were reported stolen at 502 Broadway.
  • Photos and a cordless phone were reported stolen at 101 N. Ellis St.
  • A computer monitor and lawn mower were reported stolen at 420 Ellis St.
  • A wallet was reported stolen at 3439 William St.
  • Money was reported stolen at 901 S. Sprigg St.

Property damage

  • A vehicle was reported damaged in Cape Girardeau.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

  • Justin L. Brandy, 23, 106 Donald St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

Thefts

  • A theft was reported in the 1400 block of Greenleaf Avenue.
  • A theft was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Property damage

  • Property damage was reported in the area of Florence Street.

Miscellaneous

  • A domestic disturbance was reported in the 200 block of Henderson Avenue.
  • A domestic disturbance was reported in the 100 block of Donald Street.
