Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Lattie A. Clark, 49, 537 S. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
• Billie J. Hamm, 33, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
• Christy L. Smith, 34, of 45 S. West End Blvd., Apt. 200, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
• Donna R. Cole, 39, 329 N. Fountain St., Apt. 4, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for probation violation.
• A 15-year-old was cited on a warrant into juvenile court.

Summons

• Gregory A. Marcus, 32, 415 Estate Drive, Apt. 123, was issued a summons for indecent exposure.

Thefts

• Denny's, 161 West St., reported a theft of cash.
• Checks were reported stolen at 401 S. Park St.

Property damage

• A vehicle door was reported damaged at 1129 Broadway.

Theft

• Identity theft was reported.

Miscellaneous

• Forgery was reported.
• A dog bite was reported.
• A peace disturbance was reported at 1241 Brenda Kay Court.
