Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* A suspect was arrested pending charges for driving while intoxicated, no license, leaving the scene, failure to maintain lane and no proof of insurance.

* David E. Parker, 41, of Troy, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident, a stop light violation, failure to maintain a single lane and no proof of insurance.

Arrests

* Tomas Zarate, 32, 116 N. Sprigg St., Apt. 2, was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Torrance O. Gardner, 25, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on an Illinois warrant for parole violation.

* Korey D. Abraham, 18, 3030 Mimosa Drive, Apt. 16, was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Montez M. Baker, 32, 522 Amethyst St., was arrested on an Illinois warrant for larceny.

* A suspect was arrested pending charges of possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful use of a weapon.

* A suspect was arrested pending charges of assault, burglary, property damage and unlawful use of a weapon.

* Brandon C. Fish, 26, 448 N. Frederick St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Phyllis J. Brunke, 52, of Jackson was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* Byron D. Gardner, 20, 110 N. Park Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for revoked operator's license.

* Two juveniles were arrested on suspicion of disturbing the peace.

* Justin W. Gaspard, 18, of Whitewater was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure.

* Titus D. Brockman, 20, 201 S. Lorimier St., Apt. B, was arrested on suspicion of resisting lawful detention.

* Gregory R. Adams, 23, of Ironton, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Kimberly A. Baker, 45, 1721 Bertling St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for failure to maintain property free of litter.

Summonses

* Alison D. Bollinger, 39, 70 Garnett Lane, David T. Thies, 22, 135 S. Benton St., Jared L. Schippers and Rachael N. Williams, 20, 228 Merriwether St., were issued summonses for trespassing.

* Samson L. Kiefer, 40, 1811 N. West End Blvd., was issued a summons for a noise violation.

* Zachariah T. Nelms, 19, 53 Green Acres Drive, was issue a summons for property damage, harassment and stealing.

Assault

* An assault was reported.

* Two domestic assaults were reported.

Theft

* Medication was reported stolen at 20 S. Sprigg St.

* A 1997 white Pontiac Grand Am, Illinois license plate 685-854, was reported stolen at 1410 S. Sprigg St.

* Cape Small Animal Clinic, 210 Christine St., reported a theft of a cigarette butt can.

* A green bicycle was reported stolen at 1630 Themis St.

* A 14-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for stealing.

* Swings were reported stolen at 1533 N. Henderson Ave.

* Stealing was reported.

Burglaries

* A burglary was reported at 1725 Huntington Ave. Assorted jewelry and money were reported stolen and a window reported damaged.

* A burglary was reported at 2503 Ford Drive. Medication was reported stolen.

* A burglary was reported at 1616 David St.

* A burglary was reported at 709 North St. A TV and DVD player were reported stolen.

* A burglary was reported at 2604 Gardenia St. DVDs, a GPS unit, an MP3 player, games, jewelry and wallet were reported stolen.

* A burglary was reported at 1022 Jefferson Ave. A home theater and TV were reported stolen.

* A burglary was reported at 245 N. Park Ave. A TV, hats and a black light were reported stolen.

* A burglary was reported at 750 East Rodney Drive.

Property damage

* A vehicle window was reported broken at 126 S. Park Ave. Money and a GPS unit were reported stolen in connection with the incident.

* A wall was reported spray painted at 25 Village Drive.

Miscellaneous

* A 31-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* Unlawful use of a weapon violation was reported.

* A 47-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.

* A 42-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* A rape was reported.

* A robbery was reported.

* Trespassing was reported.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* Brooks H. Moore, 45, 108 Seabrook Drive, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

Thefts

* A theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* A theft was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.

* A theft was reported in the 1100 block of West Main Street.

* A theft was reported in the 200 block of North west Lane.

* A theft was reported in the 500 block of West Main Street.

* A theft was reported in the 1400 block of Woodland Drive.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported in the 100 block of South Hope Street.

Miscellaneous

* Harassment was reported in the 1000 block of Clark Street.

* Harassment was reported in the 500 block of White Oak Street.

* Fraud was reported in the 1500 block of North High Street.

* Fraud was reported in the 2100 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
