Arrests

  • A subject is in custody pending charges for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • David E. Hufford, 44, 105 N. Clark Ave., Apt. 308, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
  • Matthew S. Crail, 22, 3011 Themis St., Apt. D, was arrested on suspicion of robbery and resisting arrest.
  • Jennifer M. Meyer, 35, of Bay City, Mich., was arrested on two Bollinger County warrants for failure to obey judges' orders.
  • Two subjects were in custody pending charges for robbery, assault on a law enforcement officer and property damage.
  • A subject is in custody pending charges for prohibited acts, resisting arrest and interference with arrest.
  • Terrence E. Smith, 21, 321 S. Middle St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for trespassing and probation violation for resisting and interfering with an arrest.
  • Andrew O' Kelly, 24, 423 N. Sunset Blvd., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for no insurance and following too closely.

Thefts

  • An iPod, iTrip and cigarettes were reported stolen at 1827 West Cape Rock Drive.
  • A bicycle was reported stolen at 510 S. West End Blvd.
  • Newbern Auto Sales reported a theft of a firearm.

Assault

n An assault was reported.
