Cape Girardeau: Arrests; Summonses; Assault; Theft; Burglary; Miscellaneous

Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Donovan R. Munn, 42, of Zalma, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* Carl E. Walton Jr., 33, 2843 Whitener St., Apt. 5A, was arrested on a St. Louis County warrant for nonsupport.

* Randall L. Johnson, 25, of Scott City was arrested on a Miner, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for failure to pay fine.

* Kenneth R. Madison-Key, 25, 2806 Independence St., Apt. 8, was arrested on two Paducah, Ky., warrants for probation violation and failure to appear for driving while suspended.

* A subject was arrested pending formal charges for assault, burglary, property damage and unlawful use of a weapon.

Summonses

* Amy M. Burks, 21, 2849 Themis St., Apt. B6, received a summons for property damage.

* Saveon A. Banks, 17, 800 S. Pacific St., received a summons for a noise violation.

Assault

* An assault was reported.

* A domestic assault was reported.

Theft

* A deadbolt lock was reported stolen at 2407 Albert Rasche Drive.

* A phone was reported stolen during a trespassing incident at 806 Themis St.

* Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.

* A purse was reported stolen at 223 S. Ellis St.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported at 1423 N. Missouri Ave. Firearms were reported stolen in the break-in.

Miscellaneous

* Trespassing was reported at 3005 Gordonville Road. A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges in connection with the complaint.

* A forgery was reported.
