Arrests

  • Rhonda L. Sisson, 46, 105 N. Clark Ave., Apt. 205, was arrested on suspicion of assault.
  • A 15-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for behavior injurious to self.
  • Houston L. Lillard, 22, 1710 N. Sprigg St., Apt. 701C, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for indecent exposure.
  • Edgar F. Parnell, 24, 2819 Whitener St., Apt. B3, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
  • Clint A. Estraca, 25, 821 Rodney Vista Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Two juveniles were cited into juvenile court.
  • Beverly A. Kluessner, 47, 2852 County Road 316, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
  • Antwyn L. Williamson, 34, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on a U.S. Marshals' warrant for distributing cocaine.
  • Tyler P. Hawn, 43, 1673 Westwood Drive, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.
  • A juvenile was cited into juvenile court for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Summons

  • Tausha L. Colclasure, 30, 1537 Rand St., was issued a summons for phone harassment.

Thefts

  • Bath & Body Works, 181 West Park Mall, reported a theft of money.
  • Cash and CDs were reported stolen from 423 Marrosean Drive.
  • Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of alcohol.
  • A vehicle mirror was reported stolen at 666 S. Spring Ave.

Property damage

  • A vehicle window was reported broken at 4 N. Pindwood Drive.
  • A broken window and damaged cable box were reported.
