  • Two subjects were in custody pending charges for possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.
  • Isiah L. Mathis, 25, 2525 Themis St., Apt. 8, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for trespassing and no insurance.

Summonses

  • Charles Dobyns, of Benton, Mo., was issued a summons for trespassing.
  • James R. Maxwell, 69, 2026 Woodland Hills Drive, was issued a summons for failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

Thefts

  • Three thefts were reported in the 1000 block of South Silver Springs Road.
  • Earrings were reported stolen at 810 Caribou Court.
  • A bicycle was reported stolen at 431 S. Louisiana Ave.
  • Identity theft was reported.

Property damage

  • Hertz Rental, 879 N. Kings-highway, reported property damage.
  • Property damage was reported at Bloomfield Road and Wolf Lane.
