DWI
- Andy J. Purcell, 34, 2851 Whitener St., Apt. 2, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene.
Arrests
- Jimmy C. White, 46, 735 William St., Apt. 4, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Aaron D. Cody, 20, 117 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
- William L. Cayce, 38, 920 N. Fountain St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
- A subject is in custody pending charges for stealing, trespassing and possession with intent to distribute.
- Samuel I. King, 21, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for forgery and larceny, and a Scott County warrant for probation violation.
- O.G. Matto, 57, 3001 Themis St., Apt. 1, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to appear.
- A subject is in custody pending filing of charges for domestic assault.
- Lee A. Williams, 44, 133 S. Park Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to pay fines and cost for repairs of demolished building.
- Michael A. French, 25, 28 N. Pind Wood Lane, Apt. 38, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.
