DWI

  • Andy J. Purcell, 34, 2851 Whitener St., Apt. 2, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene.

Arrests

  • Jimmy C. White, 46, 735 William St., Apt. 4, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Aaron D. Cody, 20, 117 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
  • William L. Cayce, 38, 920 N. Fountain St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
  • A subject is in custody pending charges for stealing, trespassing and possession with intent to distribute.
  • Samuel I. King, 21, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for forgery and larceny, and a Scott County warrant for probation violation.
  • O.G. Matto, 57, 3001 Themis St., Apt. 1, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to appear.
  • A subject is in custody pending filing of charges for domestic assault.
  • Lee A. Williams, 44, 133 S. Park Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to pay fines and cost for repairs of demolished building.
  • Michael A. French, 25, 28 N. Pind Wood Lane, Apt. 38, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.

Summonses

  • Jacob D. Sullivan, 17, 1228 Brookshire Road, was issued a summons for assault.
  • Ranell A. Robinson, 29, 800 S. Pacific St., was issued a summons for property damage.
  • Daniel M. Wilson, 36, 721 West Rodney Drive, was issued a summons for an illegal burn.
  • Elizabeth R. Hills, 21, 518 N. Sprigg St., was issued a summons for maintaining a disorderly house.

Thefts

  • BP, 3276 William st., reported a theft of gasoline.

Property damage

  • A door frame was reported damaged at Pacific and Good Hope streets.

  • Jordan B. Williams, 17, 1134 Lakewoods Drive, was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession by consumption.

Summons
