Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Stephen D. Anderson, 27, 909 Hackberry St., Apt. 103, was arrested on a state parole warrant and on suspicion of stealing.

* Dennie L. Bratcher, 27, 606 S. Silver Springs Road, No. 7, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Gregory Thomas Jr., 28, 816 Themis St., Apt. 101, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Lori L. Chubboy, 32, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for no insurance.

* James L. Newkirk, 40, 123 N. Clark Ave., Apt. 4, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.

* Randy L. Robinson, 32, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for fraud.

Summonses

* Charles C. Evans, 30, 3 N. Benton St., was issued a summons for noise violation.

* Demarco T. Comer, 35, 238 Barberry St., was issued a summons for noise violation.

Assaults

* Two assaults were reported.

Thefts

* A theft was reported at 820 S. Sprigg St.

* A theft was reported at 213 N. Clark Ave.

* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of fuel.

* Camera equipment was reported stolen at Water and Themis streets.

* A purse was reported stolen at Cape County Park North.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported at 28 N. Park Drive. Electronic equipment was reported stolen.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Corey M. Thomas, 17, 720 W. Adams St., was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Timothy M. Huber, 21, 2080 Old Toll Road, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Mark P. Hix, 23, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Howard E. Baker, 19, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Ashley N. Bauman, 26, of St. Charles, Mo., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

Theft

* A theft was reported in the 600 block of Broadridge Drive.

Assault

* An assault was reported in the 400 block of West Adams Street.

Miscellaneous

* Trespassing was reported.

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Cory S. Lambert, no age given, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on a Montgomery County warrant for passing a bad check.

* Travis W. Beasley, 39, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* George W. Cagle, 36, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Matthew D. Crader, 18, of Burfordville was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of liquor.

* Scotty R. Frakes, 47, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Joseph D. Holder, 32, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of burglary, domestic assault and property damage.

* Waylon J. Lindner, 26, of Jackson was arrested on two counts of suspicion of domestic assault.

* Joe D. McDaniel, 62, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* William T. Qualls, 17, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of liquor.

* Paul A. Winebarger, 55, of Gordonville was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Bruce A. Jackson, 45, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.

Southeast Missouri State University

The Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety released the following item.

Theft

* Telephones were reported stolen at Magill Hall.
