Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* A subject is in custody pending charges on suspicion of prohibited acts (noise), interfering with arrest, assault on a law enforcement officer and stealing.

* A subject is in custody pending charges on suspicion of robbery.

* Monique M. Larry, 25, 802 N. Spanish St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Joseph Anthony Metz, 27, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* Joseph Duane Puckett, 25, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for passing bad checks.

* Wesley David Higginbotham, 48, of Scott City was arrested on a Washtenaw County, Mich., warrant for probation violation for intimidation.

Assault

* A subject is in custody pending charges on suspicion of domestic assault.

Thefts

* A digital camera and a purse were reported stolen at 2769 Adeline Ave.

* Cape Mart, 102 Mason St., reported the theft of alcohol and cigars. Door glass was also reported damaged.

Burglary

* A burglary and the theft of a purse were reported at 627 Good Hope St.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 26 N. Main St.

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 1756 Whitener St.

Miscellaneous

* Target, 202 Siemers Drive, reported a fraudulent attempt to obtain a prescription.
