Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Bryan K. Reid, 27, 1806 William St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for failure to appear.

* Jonathan M. Williams, 22, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a stop-sign violation.

* Maurice D. Thompson, 47, 915 Maple St., was arrested on four Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for contempt of court for speeding, resisting arrest, no insurance and no license.

* Brandon L. Banks, 23, 927 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* Terrance C. Bradley, 26, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for false declaration and stealing.

* Carl T. Jackson Jr., 49, no address given, was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for improper registration, motor vehicle financial responsibility, and failure to appear for improper registration and no insurance.

Summonses

* Christopher A. Shepard, 18, 603 Mechaw Drive, was issued a summons for knowingly burning or exploding.

* Mary S. Keller, 51, 1857 Martin Court, was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of limbs and brush.

* Phil V. Mattingly, 41, 1518 William St., was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Theft

* A license plate tab was reported stolen at 444 Marie St.

Burglary

* Mid South Steel, 1500 Riverview Drive, reported a burglary and damage to a garage door.

Property damage

* Silver Springs Surgery Center, 319 S. Silver Springs Road, reported damage to an air conditioner.

Miscellaneous

* A 41-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items.

Summonses

* Rebecca Randol, 46, 174 Matt Lane, was issued a summons for speeding.

* Donald E. Welker Jr., 18, 253 S. Union Ave., was issued a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Miscellaneous

* A domestic dispute was reported in the 2300 block of North Street.

* Fraud was reported in the 2300 block of North High Street.
